The Outdoorsman Sports Shop

Over 30 years ago the McPherson family made the decision to open a pro-staff store. A sporting goods store whose reputation would be built on premier customer service. Since opening The Outdoorsman Sport Shop in 1976 the goal of providing Sportsman with excellent service and reliable products has not changed. Today, entering their second quarter century of business, The Outdoorsman Sport Shop offers 10,000 square feet of display space, over 500 new and used firearms, an archery pro-shop, clothing, footwear, hunting gear and a fishing department. Area Sportsman benefit from a second-story 30 yard/23 lane archery range, a deer weighing station, and a trained staff of pro-staff employees that both know AND use products the store offers. From its humble beginnings The Outdoorsman Sport Shop has had years of consistent product growth, building expansion and customer recognition as central Indiana's premier sportsman shop. Although the Outdoorsman prides itself in being able to offer its customers the best products on the market, the Outdoorsman is still aimed at making Customer Service its number one priority.
